This past weekend was full of action for the TEKKEN World Tour 2023 as VSFighting XI took place in the United Kingdom. With none of the top 4 finishers at Evo 2023 in attendance, the event was a great opportunity for some new faces to earn some points and climb up the tour’s leaderboard. Let’s break down the results from VS Fighting XI and see how they affect the TWT standings heading into the tour’s final two Master Events.

DH.CNJ | JEonDDing took first place at the event from the Winners Side, dropping only three games along the way. Coming in second place was CRaZY Hitbox Super Akouma, who fought tooth and nail through several sets that went down to the final round with his signature Akuma. However, the fairy-tale run of the tournament goes to Dragons Raef, who won eight consecutive sets to finish third after dropping to Losers against Tibetano in the first round of Top 96.

Final Standings for VSFighting XI and TEKKEN World Tour 2023 Point Earnings:

Only two Master Events remain on the TEKKEN World Tour 2023: REV MAJOR in Manila, Philippines, and Thaiger Uppercut in Bangkok, Thailand. Then, all attention will shift to the TWT Finals on January 12-14, 2024. With TEKKEN 8’s newly announced release date of January 26, 2024, this will be the final opportunity for players to stake their claims in the TEKKEN 7 history books.
